Lot 2 comprises 747.9 ha of good lucerne flats with lucerne/veldt rises. Fenced into 29 paddocks, this block is
currently carrying 80 cows with smaller calves along with 1,000 ewes with lambs. A further 210 ha has been
set aside for dryland lucerne seed production.
Lot 3 totals 2,084 ha spaning either side of Woods Well Road. Fenced into 63 paddocks, 70 ha is under
dryland lucerne, 100 ha to barley and 120 ha of renovated lucerne. There is an additional 447 ha of native
vegetation. This lot is considered to comfortably run 3,000 breeding ewes with lambs, 800 hoggets and 40
