from Tintinara in South Australia?s South East. Consisting of 4,201 hectares (10,380 acres), the properties
are ideally suited to the production of prime cattle and sheep, offering warm grazing and lucerne and good
potential to diversify into feed lucerne and seed production.
Total Property Size: Approx 3,796 ha (9,381 ac) cleared land, approx 380 ha (939 ac) dryland lucerne, approx 3,416 ha (8,442 ac) grazing, cropping and dryland lucerne. Total Livestock Capacity: 500 cows plus calves, 4,000 ewes plus lambs, 800 hoggets

All sections are adjoining or adjacent and are being offered as a whole or in three contingent lots.
Lot 1 comprises a total of 1,369.60 ha and is fenced into 60 paddocks. Known for its sound productivity,
calving takes place all year round and is currently comfortably running 380 cows with bigger calves, finished
off on established pastures. Renovated lucerne is currently set-up on 20 ha, with another 100 ha put aside for
lucerne seed and 85 ha planted to barley.
Lot 2 comprises 747.9 ha of good lucerne flats with lucerne/veldt rises. Fenced into 29 paddocks, this block is
currently carrying 80 cows with smaller calves along with 1,000 ewes with lambs. A further 210 ha has been
set aside for dryland lucerne seed production.
Lot 3 totals 2,084 ha spaning either side of Woods Well Road. Fenced into 63 paddocks, 70 ha is under
dryland lucerne, 100 ha to barley and 120 ha of renovated lucerne. There is an additional 447 ha of native
vegetation. This lot is considered to comfortably run 3,000 breeding ewes with lambs, 800 hoggets and 40
cows with small calves at foot.
Extensive improvements across all lots includes five houses, two shearing sheds, three sets of cattle yards,
numerous machinery/storage sheds/workshops, silos and a 60-sow piggery not currently in use.
The property is situated in a 425 mm average rainfall area.
Soils consist of mainly sandy loam over clay.
