“Belmont” of 2,980 acres is a handy sheep breeding property situated 20 kms South East of Narromine and 50 kms South West of Dubbo, with frontage to Tantitha Road. Soils are granite derivative and loam. 1,800 acres are arable and have been farmed, with 370 acres currently sown to Yarran oats and 1,430 acres sown to tropical grasses including Buffel, Biserella, Premier Digit,Bambatsi,Seradella,Gatton Panic and Seaton Park Clover. “Belmont” is currently running up to 2,000 Merino ewes. Approximately 1,100 acres are timbered in an area of the Suppa Bulga Range. This area is fenced out but does provide some beneficial grazing.
